I bought this in August and thought it was the best little thing. It made cleanup so easy. I have pets and I really appreciated the motorized brush in picking up their fur from upholstery, etc. It's been UNDER 2 months now and the motorized brush just stopped working. I can't return it to Amazon because it's past the time frame. So, I'd say don't buy it because now it only does half of what it could do and it must be really poorly made.Customer Review: Shark SV736K

Just got the vac cleaner, good power. Cleans great and probably better then my upright old vacuum. Attachments works perfectly, only complain is the replacement filters are going to cost a lot, like $10 (25% pricer of vac itself). So watch out for recurring cost for any vac you may buy.Customer Review: By far the best handheld value out there!

The Shark SV736K is the best of the handheld cordless vacuums I've tried. I've had numerous of these over the years and the Shark has the most suction, longest lasting battery between charges and best accessories of any of them that I've tried. The motorized brush is fantastic for getting stairs without needing to lug around my full size vac.
Pros:
1) Incredible suction, far more than any other handheld I've used
2) Battery lasts a long time between charges
3) Motorized brush really works well on carpet!
4) Crevice tool applies tons of suction in a very small area
5) Easy to open, close and empty
6) Fantastic price compared to everything else out there
Cons:
1) Why are manufacturers (all of them) still using Ni-Cad batteries in these units? It's time for NiMh or Li-Ion so that there's no memory effect and we don't have to worry about running it all the way down before recharging!

This is a great product. I was a bit skeptical about it first, but it worked very good cleaning sofa, my car etc. Worth every penny.
