My purchase of the shark sweeper was not good. The product definitely does not perform as was led to believe. Tried to use it once. Definitely easy to use (with the exception of taking the pieces back apart to put back in the box). Item did not meet needs (get dog hair up). Want to return item, but since I do not have the plastic wrap for the pieces, the company told me I cannot return it if they cannot sell as new. So, now I'm left with an item I can't use and I can't return it. I do not recommend this item - not enough suction.
