Customer Review: I love it but.....

The very first time I used it it got caught on the corner of a plastic runner, then started making an awful noise. My husband took it apart and the gear that runs the little circular edging brush on the corner of the machine had two teeth broken out. In my opinion for something that cost this much shouldn't have a plastic gear in it. I've had 2 of these machines before and love them, I guess it was just an unfortunate incident.
