Customer Review: Can't get a hold of Customer Service

I like the product so far. It just finished it's first charge. However, I have lost the charging cord/adapter. I have tried to call the customer service # and had to wait for an hour on hold and then "click" and all I got was a busy signal. Now when I re-dial the number it says the number is incorrect even though it is not. I tried to find a contact number or email address on the web site and there is none. I do not know how to order a new adapter charger as they say to only use the one they have provided. So I have a nice new unit but cannot recharge it.
I hate companies that use parts only made in China and other forgein countries and do not have a USA/English "person" to address problems to. Very frustrating. So BUY AMERICAN MADE from AMERICAN Companies!!
