First of all, this is a great little toaster oven. Being a convection oven, food cooks faster and more evenly. Nice look outside, stainless steel top and sides, glass and brushed stainless on the door.
Regarding the previous review, the reviewer said the rack and broiling pan cannot be used at the same time. The oven comes with two baking racks and one broiling pan. The broiling pan will fit into either of the slots made for the baking racks. It is true you can't have both racks and the pan in at once, but I don't think anybody would want all three in at once. I tried to put the pan on top of the rack and quickly realized it was made to go in the slots on the side of the oven.
Overall, a great little oven. Great price for a 6-slice toaster/oven and convection, plus is looks better than most others.
