This multipurpose blender offers the expertise of several small kitchen appliances--a blender, food processor, and stand mixer--in one compact unit. The main power source is a 10-speed 250-watt power pack, designed for short 1-minute bursts, with several attachment options. First is the lightweight and slender stick blender with a heat-resistant body and stainless-steel blade. This convenient blender lets you purée baby food, blend soups, or cream spinach right in your cooking pan or within the included 28-ounce glass bowl. The food chopper attachment, which is used with the glass bowl, is intended for mincing soft, diced fruits or vegetables or crushing ice. Additionally, the unit includes a frother for whipping milk for lattes; a wire whisk for beating egg whites or cream; two wire beaters for blending cake mixes; and two dough hooks for kneading pastry or bread dough.

The glass bowl has a handy storage lid with a spout so you can pour smoothies without spilling and store the leftovers for later.
